This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief. "... to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly a writ in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not issuing Sand Quarry Permits for Sand in the Reach No.29, GRB, from 51,000 Kms to 55,000 Kms Ramp Point at 53/200 Kms-53/400 Kms at Kondukuduru Village, Inavilli Mandal, East Godavari District on the allegation that the petitioner society not paid 3rd installment on or before 07.10.2009, the said condition is not in accordance with agreement dated 16.05.2009 and contrary to the A.P. Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1966, 9-C(1) Special Concession to Boatsmen Co-operative Societies as illegal, arbitrary, violation of A.P. Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1966 and violation of principles of natural justice and pass order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the circumstances of the case."

In view of the expiry of period of lease, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
