THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No.1524 of 2003 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Both Sri K.V.Satyanarayana, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri M.V.J.K.Kumar, learned Senior Standing Counsel for Central Excise, would agree that the subject matter of this writ petition is covered by an order passed by a Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.16119 of 2002 dated 27.08.2013.

Following the said order, and in terms thereof, this writ petition is also disposed of. The adjudicating authority shall pass final orders at the earliest, and in any event, not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
