When matter was called on 23.02.2018, there was no representation on behalf of petitioner and it was ordered to be listed on 01.03.2018 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today i.e. 07.03.2018 also when matter is called, neither advocate for petitioner present nor any representation is made on behalf of petitioner. Therefore, C.R.P. is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
