THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4025 of 2015 ORDER:

No representation for the revision petitioner. Learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 - plaintiffs is present. Respondent No.3 herein is defendant No.1 in the original suit. Learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 would submit that the present revision petition has become infructuous, in view, of the fact that the very suit in O.S.No.7 of 2005 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Nandalur, was dismissed as not pressed on 20.07.2016. Even the daily status report of the suit in O.S.No.7 of 2005 indicates that the suit was dismissed as not pressed on 20.07.2016. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. _________________________________ JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA 04.06.2018 V V
