This civil miscellaneous appeal is filed under Order XLIII Rule 1 of CPC, assailing the order dated 12.11.2009 passed in I.A. No.339 of 2009 in O.S.No.38 of 2005 on the file of the Court of I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad. 2.

The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the appeal has become infructuous. As per the Office note, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 19.1.2015. In view of the disposal of the suit, the appeal has become infructuous.

Hence, the civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
