THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.5977 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the fourth respondent in not mutating the name of the petitioner in the revenue records and not issuing e-pass book and title deeds in respect of the property in an extent of Acs.4.25 guntas in Survey No.67/2 situated at Balgera Village, Ghattu Mandal, Jogulamba District, Telangana.

This Court noticed that the petitioner did not apply in proper proforma for mutation of his name and in view of the same, liberty is given to the petitioner to apply for mutation of his name in the prescribed proforma under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act. As and when such application is filed, it is needless to observe that the fourth respondent shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law after issuing notice to the parties interested in the said property.
