This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent No.3 in not registering the complaint, dated 17.12.2018, of the petitioner against respondent Nos.4 to 6 as illegal and arbitrary. 2 .

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3, and perused the record. 3 .

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that F.I.R. was registered basing on the report, dated 17.12.2018, lodged by the petitioner and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
