This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C) by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.29 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Jaggiahpet Police Station, Krishna District, registered for the offence under Section 306 I.P.C. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused and the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prima facie, I do not see any ground to quash the proceedings in Crime No.29 of 2016.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed.
