HON'BLE MS JUSTICE J.UMA DEVI SECOND APPEAL No.225 of 2016 JUDGMENT:

It is represented by the learned Counsel appearing on either side that the delivery of the property was effected on 25.02.2016 in pursuance of the order dated 16.03.2016 passed in E.A.No.646 of 2008 in E.P.No.260 of 2005 in O.S.No.757 of 2002 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Tirupathi. In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

The Second Appeal is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
