THE HON'BLE SRIJUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.1842of 2079 ORDER:

This Criminal petition is filed under Section 4g2 of the Code of Criminal procedure, 1973 (forshort ,Cr.p.C.,) by the petitioner/accused to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.254 of 2016 on the file of the learned I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Godavarikhani, registered for the \ offence under Section 420 of Indian penal Code. 2.

Heard learned Adclitional public prosecutor for the respondent No.1_State. perused the record.

3. As seen from the proceeding sheet, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 04.72.2023, as such the case was directed to be listed under the caption ,for dismissal'. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The status of the case, in the trail Court is not

known. Hence, I am not inclined to keep the petition pending.

Accordingly, this Criminal petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
