HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO Writ Petition No.14068 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking writ of Mandamus declaring the final orders issued by the 1st respondent dated 17.07.2014 whereby removing the petitioner permanently as Field Assistant of Pothugallu Grampanchayat, Krishnagiri Mandal, Kurnool district under MGNREGS, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special standing counsel for DWMA.

3. Admittedly, the order impugned is an appealable order. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to prefer an appeal within a period of 15 days from today to the District Collector, Kurnool and the District Collector, Kurnool-Appellate Authority is directed to entertain the appeal and dispose of it on merits, notwithstanding the delay, if any, for filing the appeal.
