THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO Tr.CMP. No.85 of 2019 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC to transfer the HMOP.No.6 of 2017 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge Court at Sangareddy to the Family Court Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

Sri P.Manohar, appearing for the respondent, states that his client has no objection for the said transfer. 3.

Therefore, without going into the allegations made in the petition against the respondent, and having regard to the fact that both the parties are agreeable for the OP to be tried at Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, this petition is allowed and the HMOP.No.6 of 2017 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge Court at Sangareddy is transferred to the Family Court Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

Accordingly, this petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
