THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.GANGA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON No.5910 OF 2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The petitioner is a third party to the batch of O.As., including O.A.No.7093 of 2015, which was disposed of by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, by common order dated 04.08.2016. The grievance of the petitioner is that by virtue of the said order, her employment as a Supervisor Grade-II in the ICDS Project at Nakkapalli, Visakhapatnam District, is under threat as the Tribunal set aside the termination from service of the fourth respondent, the applicant in O.A.No.7093 of 2015, as a Supervisor Grade-II. We are now informed by the learned Government Pleader for Services-I, State of Andhra Pradesh, that both the petitioner and the fourth respondent are continuing in service as on date. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of directing continuance of the petitioner and the fourth respondent in their respective posts.
