This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to issue a direction to the learned V Additional Junior Civil Judge, Warangal, to dispose of O.S.No.571 of 2007 pending on its file within a reasonable time. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.

It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that though the aforesaid suit is posted for Judgment on 12.02.2018 after recording the entire evidence and hearing the arguments, however, the judgment is not yet pronounced and the matter is adjourned for one reason or the other. He further submits that the subject suit is of the year 2007 and the petitioner is a senior citizen and hence, he prays to give a direction to the Court below to dispose of the suit expeditiously.

This Court is of the opinion that there is no reason to protract the pronouncement of Judgment in the instant case. As per Order XX Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the trial Court shall pronounce the judgment within thirty (30) days from the date on which, hearing of the case was concluded. Therefore, the learned V Additional Junior Civil Judge, Warangal, is directed to pronounce the judgment in O.S.No.571 of 2007 pending on its file, within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of this order.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the admission stage. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
