THE HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.16463 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader for Home representing respondent Nos.1 to 5. The Writ Petition is disposed of before admission.

2. In view of the submission from the instructions by respondent Nos.1 to 5 through Government Pleader for Home that the petitioner is already arrayed as Accused No.2 in Crime No.117 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468 and 471 of IPC of II Town Police Station, Karimnagar, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the police to follow the directions of the Apex Court in Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar and another[1]. Further remedies are left open to the petitioner.
