ORDER
This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "....declaring the action of the respondents in not giving effect to GOMS No.379 dated 11.03.2003 and proposing to conduct the auction vide its notification dated 10.06.2010 issued by 3rd respondent as illegal, arbitrary and in gross violation of Endowment rules and the provisions of the Act and opposed to principles of natural justice and consequentially direct the respondents to give effect to the rules made under GOMS No.379 dated 11.03.2003 and to pass such other orders......" By interim order dated 22.06.2010, this Court permitted the auction to be proceeded with and gave liberty to the petitioner to participate therein. More than seven years have lapsed since then. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive. Hence, the same is liable to be dismissed.
No representation for the petitioner.
Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
