THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE NO.384 OF 2017 ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Pursuant to the notice in Form-I, both the respondents are present in Court today.

A copy of the memo dated 27.06.2017 is placed before us whereby the Commissioner of School Education was directed to implement the order of the High Court in WP.No.4644 of 2006 dated 19.04.2016, and to pay regular scales and increments to the petitioners from the date of their admission into aided posts immediately.

Sri Kasa Jaganmohan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that, in view of the memo now issued by the respondents, the order, violation of which is alleged in the Contempt Case, has been complied with.

The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed.
