Heard Sri V.S.R. Anjaneyulu, learned counsel for the petitioner.

What all the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit is that the subject suit relates to the year 2009 and a direction be given to the trial Court to dispose of the suit itself within a fixed timeline. Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the subject suit is coming up for defendant's evidence. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the learned II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.1415 of 2009 within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the present revision, stand closed.
