THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TR.CMP No.48 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C seeking to withdraw O.P.No.453 of 2016 from the file of the Judge, Family Court, Secunderabad and transfer the same to the Court of the Judge, Family Court, Visakhapatnam.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition. Permission is accorded.

In the result, the Tr.CMP is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Tr.CMP, shall stand closed.
