This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 18.10.2013 passed in I.A.No.434 of 2013 in F.C.O.P.No.635 of 2013 on the file of the Family Court, Secunderabad.

Heard the learned counsel for both the parties. 3.

A perusal of the record reveals that the first respondent filed F.C.O.P.No.635 of 2013 on the file of the Family Court, Secunderabad, against the petitioner and respondent Nos.2 and 3 herein under Section 7(1)(d) of the Family Courts Act for reimbursement of marriage expenses of Rs.15,00,000/- and Rs.5,00,000/- towards damages. The first respondent also filed I.A.No.434 of 2013 in F.C.O.P.No.635 of 2013 under order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 read with Section 151 of C.P.C. seeking ex-parte ad-interim injunction. On 18.10.2013, the Family Court granted status quo.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner herein filed counter in I.A.No.434 of in F.C.O.P.No.635 of 2013.

For one reason or other, the Family Court has not disposed of the said I.A. The present revision is filed against the ex-parte status quo order.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the Family Court, Secunderabad, is hereby directed to dispose of I.A.No.434 of 2013 in F.C.O.P.No.635 of 2013, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 8.
