Heard both sides and perused the material on record. 2) From the sufficient cause shown and the impugned order dated 21.11.2016 passed in Crl.M.P. No.433 of 2016 on the file of Principal Sessions Judge, Nellore since unsustainable in dismissing the application instead of condoning the delay of 142 days in filing the appeal, thereby the delay of 142 days is condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs.5,000/ - (Rupees five thousand only) on or before 20.03.2017 to the respondent or her advocate on record before the lower Court, failing which the impugned order of the lower Court stands confirmed. 3) Accordingly and in the result, the revision is allowed. 4) As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending shall stand closed.
