This Criminal Petition pertains to the year 2011. The petitioners having obtained stay of all further proceedings including appearance of the petitioners before the Trial Court as per order dated: 17-6-2011 in CRL.M.P. No.4743 of 2011 took time from time to time or there was no representation. On the last occasion ie., as per proceeding sheet dated: 24-1-2017, at request, matter was also referred to the Lok Adalat. Since this matter is of the year 2011 and the petitioners did not appear either in person or through the Counsel, posted the matter to this day, under the caption of "For Dismissal". 2.

In spite of posting the matter today, under the caption of "For Dismissal", none appeared on behalf of petitioners and there is no representation, which shows that that the petitioners not acted diligently and had no interest in prosecuting the Petition. Therefore, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution while vacating the interim stay granted in M.P. No.4743 of 2011, dated: 17.6.2011.
