HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI AND HON'BLE NAMAVARAPU RAJESHWAR RAO W.P.No.14964 OF 2012 ORDER: (Per Sri Hon'ble Sri Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that challenging the suspension order dated 03.03.2012, the petitioner has filed O.A.No.2007 of 2012 before the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad. The Tribunal vide order dated 16.04.2012 while dismissing the said O.A., directed the official respondents to conclude the disciplinary proceedings within a period of six months. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

The Tribunal has fixed six months time to conclude the disciplinary proceedings in the year 2012, and now, we are in 2022, which would mean that the disciplinary proceedings have been concluded. Hence, this Court is of the considered view that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
