THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION Nos.7182, 7193, 7194 and 7216 of 2019 COMMON ORDER:

All these Writ Petitions are being disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel for both the parties.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the issue raised in all these Writ Petitions is one and the same and is squarely covered by the order dated 08.06.2012 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.16766 of 2012, and learned Standing Counsel for Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) appearing for respondents had not disputed about the same. In view of the above said submissions, all these Writ Petitions are disposed of with a direction to TSRTC to consider the cases of the petitioners for granting special grade/stagnation increment upon completion of 20 years of service in their respective posts of Conductor and Driver and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
