This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent in suspending the authorization of the petitioner in RC.D1CS/2361/2016, dated 08.11.2016, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
