This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C., to withdraw F.C.O.P. No.11 of 2015 from the file of Family Court-cum-III Additional District Court, Srikakulam and transfer the same to the file of Senior Civil Judge Court, West Godavari District at Tanuku.

At the time of hearing, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to dispense with the presence of the petitioner in F.C.O.P. No.11 of 2015 on the file of Family Courtcum-III Additional District Court, Srikakulam, on each and every date of adjournment.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the presence of the petitioner before the Family Court-cum-III Additional District Court, Srikakulam in F.C.O.P. No.11 of 2015 on each and every date of adjournment, is dispensed with. However, she shall appear before the Family Court-cum-III Additional District Court, Srikakulam, as and when her presence is so required in F.C.O.P. No.11 of 2015.

Accordingly, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
