THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE RAGHVENDRA SINGH CHAUHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.ABHISHEK REDDY WRIT PETITION No.459 OF 2011 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) Challenging the very same impugned order dated 15.12.2009, passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, the respondent No.1 herein has filed W.P. No. 16475 of 2015, and the same was dismissed by this Court on the even date i.e. on 11.12.2019.

Hence, following the order in W.P. No. 16475 of 2015 and in terms thereof, this writ petition is also dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall also stand dismissed.
