HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

This Court, by order dated 20.01.2017 made in W.P.No.31225 of 2016, while setting aside the order dated 01.08.2016, remitted the matter to 3rd respondent i.e., District Project Officer, for causing notice on petitioner by furnishing all relevant information required regarding his eligibility and after providing due opportunity to take appropriate further action as warranted by law. Alleging non-compliance of the directions issued, this contempt case is filed. 2.

Learned standing counsel produced proceedings dated 17.05.2017, where under fresh notice was issued and final orders are passed. In view of the same, it cannot be said that directions issued by this Court are not complied warranting continuation of proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act. Contempt Case is accordingly closed. However, it is open to petitioner to avail remedy as available in law aggrieved by the decision now made.
