THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.9532 of 2005 ORDER:- As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on 09.08.2017 and 10.08.2017, the writ petition was dismissed for default. Pursuant to the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the said order is recalled and the matter was posted under the caption 'for being mentioned' to hear the same on merits.

Though the matter was posted on a request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners either in the morning or in the afternoon session. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. As sequel to it, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
