HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.4976 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that she made application to the 4th respondent for conducting survey of the land admeasuring Ac.1.32 cents in R.S.No.20/1, Ac.0.07 cents in R.S.No.20/2 and Ac.3.61 cents in R.S.No.84/1, situated at Kakaravada Village, Mudinepalli Mandal, Krishna District, by paying necessary fee through AP Online vide transaction ID:TADER011700887911, dated 04.01.2017. As no action is being taken, present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner and take action, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
