The transfer petition is filed by the petitioner/ respondent/ wife under Section 24 C.P.C., to transfer O.P.No.443 of 2017 on the file of the Family Court, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad, to the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Medak, Medak District.

Tr.C.M.P.M.P.No.807 of 2017 is filed to amend the very prayer of transfer petition seeking transfer of O.P.No.443 of 2017 on the file of the Family Court, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad, to the VIII Additional District Judge, Medak, Medak District, thereby, Tr.C.M.P.M.P.No.807 of 2017 is rejected, as the main relief itself is sought to be amended.

Consequently, the Tr.C.M.P. is rej ected, however, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh transfer petition. The Registry is directed to return the original papers to the learned counsel for the petitioner. No order as to costs.
