Petitioners alleged to have filed complaint on 01.04.2019, and alleging that in spite of giving complaint of cognizable offence, crime is not registered, this writ petition is filed. 2.
From the postal acknowledgment filed at page no.20 of the writ petition paper book, it is seen that complaint was sent by registered post on 01.04.2019 at 13.05 PM, and the Writ Petition is filed on 03.04.2019. Even before the complaint is received, petitioners cannot complain of non-registration of crime and invoke extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court alleging nonregistration of crime. It is nothing but abuse of process of Court. Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
