I.A.No.1 OF 2026 This application is filed praying this Court to allow the relax the condition No.6 (i) of the order dated 10.03.2026 passed in Crl.P.No.3052 of 2026 which reads as under: " i. The petitioner shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.15,000/-, each (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only), with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned XIII Additional Magistrate of First Class, at Kukatpally, Cyberabad."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail and he is out of earnings, as such, the petitioner cannot afford excessive surety amount, therefore, he prayed the Court to relax the said condition. In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.No.3052 of dated 10.03.2026, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to execute a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only), each, with two sureties for a like sum each, to the satisfaction of the learned XIII Additional Magistrate of First Class, at Kukatpally, Cyberabad. Accordingly, this application is ordered.
