This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to declare the action of respondents in not conducting survey and demarcation of the land in Survey No.4 situated at Kondapur Village, Kasipet Mandal, Mancherial District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the petitioner has filed an application to conduct survey in respect of the land in Survey No.4 situated at Kondapur Village, Kasipet Mandal, Mancherial District, and paid the requisite fee etc. Since no action is taken on the said application, the petitioner made several representations to the authorities concerned to complete the survey in respect of the subject land. Thereafter, the Regional Deputy Director, Survey and Land Records, vide Rc.A5283-2018, dated 13.11.2018, addressed to the Inspector of Survey, District Survey and Land Records, Mancherial, directed to complete demarcation of the subject land. Till now, no survey has been conducted. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed. 4 .

There is no dispute with regard to filing of an application by the petitioner to conduct survey as well as making

Dr.SA,J W.P.No.7183 of 2019 representations time and again to complete the survey and demarcation of the subject land. Further, there is no dispute with regard to issue of letter, dated 13.11.2018, by the Regional Deputy Director, Survey and Land Records. In spite of the same, no survey has been conducted yet in respect of the land in Survey No.4 situated at Kondapur Village, Kasipet Mandal, Mancherial District. Non-conduct of survey certainly causes hardship to the petitioner herein.

Under these circumstances, respondent Nos.4 and 5 are directed to complete the survey and demarcation of the land in Survey No.4, situated at Kondapur Village, Kasipet Mandal, Mancherial District, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________ Dr . SHAMEEM AKTHER, J April 22, 2019.
