This appeal is filed assailing the award and decree dated 26.04.2013 in O.P.No.536 of 2010 on the file of the Court of V Additional District Judge-cum-Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (FTC), Rajahmundry.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal. To that effect, he also filed a letter dated 22.06.2018 in the Registry.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, M.A.C.M.A. is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
