HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE ANIS CRL.R.C.M.P.No.934 of 2014 In CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1662 OF 2006 COMMON ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent. Both parties filed a compromise petition along with affidavit stating that the matter has been compromised between them. Contents of compromise were read over to both the parties. The de facto complainant and accused agreed for compromise stating that they are living together for about three months and prayed this Court to compound the offence and set aside the conviction and sentence.

The parties are verified by their respective counsel. Recording the same, Crl.R.C.M.P.No.934 of 2014 is ordered.

Consequently, the criminal revision case is allowed and the conviction and sentence passed against the appellant by the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Karimnagar in C.C.No.442 of 2004, which was confirmed by the I Additional Sessions Judge, Karimnagar in Criminal Appeal No.30 of 2006 is hereby set aside.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
