This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner - accused, under sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.130 of 2014 of Thimmapuram Police Station, East Godavari District, registered for the offences under Section 376(2)(i) of I.P.C. and Section 3(a) & 4 and 5(m) read with Sections 6 and 29 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Totally there are two victims girls in this case. Both are aged about six years. The allegations are also so serious and the Medical Report also substantiate the commission of crime. Considering the said facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that this is not a fit case for grant of bail to the petitioner.
