THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.15652 of 2005 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings No.W.C./1-9080/Estt/786-A, dated 12.07.2004 issued by the first respondent as being illegal, arbitrary and violative of articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and set aside the same and consequently direct the respondents to forthwith revoke the suspension of the petitioner and to pass such other necessary orders. Both counsels present. At the time of hearing, both counsels with one voice submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by both the counsels the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. _____________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J April 21, 2016.
