Heard before admission and before notice to respondent No.1/accused.

There is nothing to admit or keep the revision pending including by ordering notice to respondent No.1, but for to dispose of the revision giving liberty to the petitioner/complainant to file vacate petition before the learned appellate Court, for deciding, within one month from the date of filing of such vacate petition, sustainability otherwise on interim suspension order passed under Section 389 Cr.P.C. on own merits.
