The Execution Petition, under which the present revision arises, has been disposed of on 18.02.2016, as seen from the case report of the lower court. Hence the cause in this revision petition does not survive for consideration. The learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner, also states that the matter has become infructuous. Therefore, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
