Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) for respondents.

2. The petitioner's grievance is that vehicle bearing No.TS 09 EB 0801 belonging to petitioner was seized by 3rd respondent on 29.06.2016 and that it is not being released.

The learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana), appearing for respondents, states that the seized vehicle was deposited with the III Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad with Form No.66 with CPR.No.169 of 2016 dt.28.07.2016.

4. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is granted liberty to file appropriate application under Section 451 Criminal Procedure Code before the said Magistrate for release of the said vehicle.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations. No order as to costs. 6.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. __________________________________
