THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.31298 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed seeking a direction to the respondents-police to register a case basing on the complaint of the petitioner dated 14.06.2016 against the respondents 5 to 7.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that the Station House Officer, Veeravalli Police Station, Machilipatnam, Krishna District-2nd respondent herein is not registering a case against the respondents 5 to 7 basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 14.06.2016. Considering the grievance of the petitioner, the 2nd respondent is directed to register a case against the respondents 5 to 7 if the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 14.06.2016 discloses any cognizable offence and investigate into the same and file a final report if any, in accordance with law.
