THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.10688 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/A1 in Crime No.89 of 2014 of Women Police Station, Nellore Town, registered for the offence under Section 498A read with 34 IPC.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw transfer criminal petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law including filing of discharge petition before the trial court. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, this transfer criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
