THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE MS. JUSTI CE J.UMA DEVI L.A.A.S.M.P.NO.425 OF 2017 I N L.A.A.S.NO.266 of 2017 AND L.A.A.S.NO.266 of 2017 COMMON ORDER: (per SK,J) This appeal by the Special Deputy Collector-cum-Land Acquisition Officer, Telugu Ganga Project, Nandyal, Kurnool District, was presented against the judgment dated 05.01.2016 of the Reference Court of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Allagadda, Kurnool District, in L.A.O.P.No.232 of 2013 with a delay of 341 days.

While so, the learned Government Pleader for Appeals took time in August, 2017 to bring on record the legal representatives of the sole respondent who had expired. Despite the matter being adjourned several times on the same ground, no steps have been taken till date. Learned Government Pleader fairly states that he has not received any instructions to file necessary petitions despite addressing correspondence.

We are therefore constrained to dismiss L.A.A.S.M.P.No.425 of 2017 in L.A.A.S.No.266 of 2017 and L.A.A.S.No.266 of 2017 as abated. Other miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
