I.A.No.1 of 2026 This Interlocutory Application is filed by the petitioner for extension of time granted by this Court, vide order dated 16.03.2026 passed in Criminal Petition No.3166 of 2026.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Perused the contents of the interlocutory application. Having considered the grounds urged and the submissions made, the time granted by this Court, vide order dated 16.03.2026, is further extended directing the petitioner to appear before the concerned Investigating Officer on or before 16.04.2026.

In view thereof, this Interlocutory Application is allowed.

___________ SKS,J I.A.No.2 of 2026 (FOR BEING MENTIONED) This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the para no.1 in order dated 16.03.2026 in Crl.P.No.3166 of 2026.

Heard both sides. Perused the record.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to oversight, the

year in the crime number in Crl.P.No.3166 of 2026 is wrongly typed as Crime No.562 of 2026, the same is corrected. Hence, year of the crime number in para no.1 is replaced with Crl.P.No.562 of 2025.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. Office is directed to carry out necessary corrections and issue fresh copy.
