HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K. LAKSHMAN WRIT PETITION No.7313 ot 2023 ORDER:
Heard Sri V. Yadu Krishna Sainath, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri J. Amruth Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. Perused the record.
Petitioner is claiming that he is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.2-34 gts', in Sy.No.694/ 1a situated at Gummadavelli village, Kandukuru mandal, Ranga Reddy District. In proof of the same, he has Iiled copies of latest pattedar passbooks and title deeds. He has submitted F-line application with respondent No.4 with a request to conduct survey and demarcate the aforesaid land by fixing boundaries. Though respondent No.4 has issued two notices t dated O4-01-2023 and O2-O2-2O23 to conduct survey on \ 1O-OI-2O23 and. 06-02-2023, he could not conduct survey and conclude the same. Thereafter there is no response from respondent No.4. Therefore, the present writ petition.
\ al Whereas learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, u'ould submit that respondent No'4 will conduct survey and conclude the same pursuant to the aforesaid notices.
In view of the aforesaid submissions, this writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent No'4 to conduct survey and conclude the same pursuant to the aforesaid notices dated O4-Ol 2023 and. 02-02-2023, strictly in accordance with law' by putting the petitioner and all affected parties on notice and affording them an opportunity. If respondent No'4 is not inclined to accept the claim / request of the petitioner' he shall assign specific reasons, pass a reasoned order and shall communicate copy of the said order to the petitioner' He shall complete the entire exercise within a period of fort5z hve (45) working days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order' There shall Le-re-older- as t!, costs.
