The petitioner filed W.P.M.P.No.44825 of 2015 seeking leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition in view of the subsequent events with a liberty to take appropriate legal proceedings, if any fresh cause of action arises.

Accordingly, the WPMP is ordered and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
