Heard both sides.

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking transfer of Original Petition No.56 of 2019 from the Court of the XV Additional District Judge-cum-Family Court, at Miyapur to the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Bhongir.

It is the contention of petitioner that petitioner is a resident of Bhongir Town in Nalgonda District; that she has an infant child who is four months' old; and it is not possible for her to travel from Bhongir to Miyapur with her infant child every time. 4.

Since the O.P. is pending before the Family Court, at Miyapur which is presided over by a District Judge, it is not possible to transfer the said O.P. to the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, at Bhongir. 5.

However, both parties are agreeable for transfer of the O.P. to the Family Court, at Lal Bahadur Nagar, Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy District.

Therefore, the Original Petition No.56 of 2019 on the file of XV Additional District Judge-cum-Family Court, at Miyapur is transferred to the Court of the Family Court, at Lal Bahadur Nagar, Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy District.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs. 8.
