This appeal is filed under Section 100 CPC aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated 29.12.2010 in A.S.No.292 of 2007 on the file of the Court of VI Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Vikarabad, whereby whereunder the judgment and decree dated 04.06.2007 in O.S.No.7 of 2002 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Vikarabad, decreeing the suit in favour of the plaintiff for recovery of money, was confirmed.

No representation on behalf of the appellant on 16.11.2017 and 20.11.2017. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the appellant though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the appellant is not interested to prosecute the matter. 3.

Hence, the second appeal is dismissed for default. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
