Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home.

This writ petition is filed alleging that police are conducting raids, enquires without proper evidence, hampering his work, caused defamation and his fundamental rights are affected. In paragraph 4 of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, petitioner alleges that on 10.1.2019 few police officers visited his house as well as agricultural land; on 12.2.2019 another set of police officers visited house and again on 14.3.2019 some other police officers visited his house, citing some investigation. Petitioner states that there was no crime registered against him and police unnecessarily harassing him. 3.
The averments are vague and unsubstantial. No details are furnished about the police officers who have visited and where the agricultural fields of petitioner are located. However, in the written instructions furnished by Station House Officer, Kamareddy police station dated 8.4.2019, the Station House Officer denies the allegations and asserts that no crime is registered against petitioner in Kamareddy Police Station and police are not interfering with the life and liberty of petitioner.

Having regard to the assertion of the Station House Officer, what is contended by the petitioner is nothing but apprehension of involvement of police. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
